Onshape

I developed my skills in Onshape while collaborating on school projects. My teammates, who had gained valuable insights into the software during their internships, introduced me to its features and best practices. This experience honed my ability to work effectively within a team environment.

SolidWorks

SolidWorks has been a central part of my academic experience, frequently used for mechanical design and analysis. From creating 3D models to running simulations, I’ve used it extensively to tackle various engineering challenges in my coursework and team projects.

Fusion 360

I gained expertise in Fusion 360 during my first internship, where it proved to be an essential tool for developing and visualizing innovative designs. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of its applications in rapid prototyping and complex modeling, enabling me to refine my design skills and enhance product development processes.

AutoCad

My journey with AutoCAD began with online tutorials, where I taught myself the fundamentals. I further solidified my skills by applying the software during my internship with Lepage Millwork, where I used it for design and drafting tasks, contributing to real-world engineering solutions.

Python

Through an introductory course at university, I learned Python and explored its applications in thermodynamics, such as automating calculations and analyzing data. This foundation has encouraged me to integrate coding into solving engineering problems efficiently.

New Softwares…

Revit

I’m undergoing a student-focused training program offered by Autodesk to build proficiency in Revit. This structured learning approach enhances my understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its application in construction and building systems design.

Hot 2000

A powerful energy simulation software designed to evaluate and optimize the energy efficiency of residential buildings. I am currently learning to use this tool, which plays a vital role in assessing heat loss, energy consumption and the overall performance of building designs. Mastering this software represents an opportunity for me to deepen my expertise in energy-efficient solutions and contribute meaningfully to sustainable engineering projects.

Microsoft 365

University team projects offered me valuable opportunities to utilize Microsoft 365, the world’s leading communication tool, for collaborative tasks, project management, and documentation. Through a blend of formal experience and personal exploration, I have become proficient in using tools like Excel, Word, and Teams to enhance efficiency and maintain organization in project workflows.
